Three of our four flavors—Jalapeño White Cheddar, Chocolate Bliss, and Confetti Cake—are gluten-free. Our French Onion flavor is not gluten-free due to the inclusion of soy sauce powder. That said, we take food safety very seriously and go to great lengths to avoid cross contamination of gluten or other allergens when manufacturing our dips.
