Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. 

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all dolly’s dips purchases are final sale and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Because our dips are food items, we can’t safely restock or resell anything once it leaves our hands as this helps us keep everything fresh and up to the highest quality standards for you 🤍

That said, your experience truly matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
